DataGrid Search as You Type styling

Indeed, in the documentation we've described only how you can modify the search matches and highlight. I guess you mean you'd like to customize the Search panel itself, is that the case?

The Search panel contains a RadToolbar with an entry as well as a few other toolbar items.  You can access the Toolbar through the Search panel's ControlTemplate and made the needed customizations directly in the template. Keep in mind in some cases we have separate styles for mobile and desktop, so that the controls to look more intuitive for the target platform.

In addition, we're currently researching what's the best way to include that information on customizing the search panel in the DataGrid documentation.
